Returns and refunds policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the legal right to return your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to cancel, you should inform us in writing by email, the sales team will advise you on how to proceed.
The product returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
If you return the products in accordance with the above, we will refund the full cost of the products as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation, however we will not refund the cost of postage and packing, nor will we pay for the cost of returning the products to us.
RESTRICTIONS: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on orders made to a personal specification or made on request.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unspecified, please email to our sales team within two days stating your order number, brief description of the problem and images of the damage in order to us to process the problem. At the earliest opportunity we will arrange for a courier service to pick up the goods.
We will then examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund/replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund/replacement due to you as soon as possible.

Before accepting the goods please verify in the presence of the courier if the packaging is intact and not damaged.
If the packaging is clearly damaged on delivery it is of paramount importance the recipient must sign for as 'DAMAGED' otherwise any claim for damage will be refused. Report the damage to us by sending an email with pictures and a brief description of the damage. We will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
In the event of damage all packaging must be kept for inspection. The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If the item is moved / repaired or if the packaging is not kept the claim will be rejected.
