The shipping time depends on the stock availability.
We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business working days if the items are in stock.
If the items are not in stock we will normally dispatch the order within 4 weeks. Once you placed the order we will keep you up to date about the manufacturing status.

Europe - Shipping rates will be automatically generated. Please contact us if you do not find your country.
World Wide- Please contact us with your request and we will send you an invoice with the appropriate shipping rates. We will ask you to pay us through PayPal or with a Bank Transfer to set up your order. Based on Duty Calculator web site the furniture are duty free to most countries. However, we advise you to check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies and they may differ in different countries. Please note that the shipping provider may add an additional handling fee.
We will ask you to pay us through Stripe to set up your order. If you wish to pay with PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards or with a Bank Transfer please contact us.
After the payment you will receive a confirmation order email.
IMPORTANT:
Before accepting the goods please verify in the presence of the courier if the packaging is intact and not damaged.
If the packaging is clearly damaged on delivery it is of paramount importance the recipient must sign for as 'DAMAGED' otherwise any claim for damage will be refused. Report the damage to us by sending an email with pictures and a brief description of the damage to us. We will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
In the event of damage all packaging must be kept for inspection. The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If the item is moved / repaired or if the packaging is not kept the claim will be rejected.
If, in spite of the packaging being intact, the material inside is damaged, please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
